ISB President Dustin Skitka started the company with a small four-man crew. Dustin comes from a long line of construction heritage and is a highly skilled craftsman as well as a business owner with a “perfectionist” mindset. He has led the growing company to increased sales and employees each year since its inception. He is highly motivated and expects quality from each employee while ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and property during all phases of manufacturing and construction. ISB believes that every part of the building process is our responsibility, and we are dedicated to getting all of them done right.
